To clear the Error online visit the provided web address blow 

             http://eazy.gotvafrica.com/en/ng/clear-error-code

Note: Before getting started ensure your decoder is Powered ON

  Input your IUC Number to get your IUC No Check under the decoder

       Then select the type of error you encounter, either GOTV E16 or GOTV E30

       Enter Captcha text to confirm you are not a Robot

      Then click Fix Error
